The capability framework

Your readiness is measured across six capabilities, so you always know where you stand and why: PM Foundation, AI Fundamentals, AI Product Management, AI UX, AI Evaluation and AI Governance. AI Fundamentals is about knowing enough to make informed product decisions, not about becoming an engineer. AI Evaluation, whether an AI product actually works reliably, is one of the areas most learning products skip.

• Evidence over opinion. Every score and every recommendation is tied to your own answers, profile or resume. Nothing is invented, and when something is not in your material we say "Not identified".
• Numbers come from the platform. Scores, gaps and priorities are calculated from a published method; AI writes the explanations and evaluates written answers against defined criteria, and its output is validated before it is saved.
• Your results stay fixed. Completed assessments keep the questions and weights they were scored with, even when we improve the assessment later.
• No guarantees. We help you understand your position and build evidence. We do not promise jobs, interviews or salary outcomes.

Your data

Resumes are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. Your resume, answers and portfolio text are used to produce your analysis, and may be sent to our AI provider for that purpose only.
