Once accepted, you receive immediate access to the War Chest materials and pre-work. You will complete an audit of your current enterprise AI architecture and budget.

The 12-Week Execution
We dive into live, intensive modules covering AI FinOps, Prompt Architecture, and Compliance. You will build and test frameworks directly applicable to your day job.

Director-Level Output
You graduate with a board-ready ROI justification report, a locked-down PII masking framework, and the ability to dictate enterprise AI strategy at the Director level.
