1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TPM Nexus website (tpmnexus.pro), resources, or enrolling in our AI Execution Mastery Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All content, including but not limited to the "AI Execution War Chest," proprietary budget formulas, model selection matrices, videos, and text, are the exclusive intellectual property of TPM Nexus and Binay Kumar Shaw. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal, professional development. You may not distribute, resell, or publicly post these materials.

3. Waitlist & Enrollment

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a seat in the 12-week program. Seats are strictly limited to 15 per cohort. TPM Nexus reserves the right to select candidates based on professional experience to ensure high-level cohort discussions.

4. Limitation of Liability

The strategies and formulas provided by TPM Nexus are for educational purposes. While they represent industry best practices, TPM Nexus is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the implementation of these AI strategies in your specific enterprise environment.
