Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery Method

All TPM Nexus products, resources, and course materials are delivered digitally via email and through our secure online portal. No physical items will be shipped to your address.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Free Resources (e.g., War Chest): Delivered instantly to your provided email address within 5 minutes of form submission.
• Course Access: Portal credentials and calendar invites will be sent to enrolled students 7 days prior to the official cohort start date.

3. Missing Deliveries

Because enterprise firewalls and corporate spam filters are highly aggressive, our automated delivery emails occasionally get blocked. If you do not receive your digital assets within 15 minutes of an expected delivery, please check your spam/promotions folder, and then contact support@tpmnexus.pro so we can manually whitelist your address and resend the files.
