What we collect
Account and profile
- Name, email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password itself).
- Professional profile: current role, years of experience, industry, responsibilities, skills, target role, target industry and companies, AI experience level, AI tools and AI projects.
Your work on the platform
- Assessment answers and the scores, gaps and reports calculated from them.
- Your resume file (PDF or DOCX), the text extracted from it, and the analysis generated from it.
- Your simulation responses, portfolio project text, roadmap progress and evaluations.
Payments
- Product purchased, amount, order and payment identifiers, status and time. Card, UPI and bank details are entered with Razorpay and are never seen or stored by TPM Nexus.
Messages and technical data
- Messages you send through the Contact us form (name, email, mobile number, city and message).
- IP address and browser information used for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting, and a record of important administrative actions.
How we use your data
- To provide the product: run your assessment, calculate your capability scores and gaps, generate your report, roadmap, simulation and portfolio evaluations, and your final AI PM Transition Profile.
- To process payments, unlock the product you bought and handle refunds and support requests.
- To keep the service secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To understand how the product is used (for example, how many people complete the assessment) so we can improve it, using aggregated counts rather than advertising profiles.
- To reply to your messages and to send transactional emails such as password resets.
AI processing
Some features are evaluated by AI: resume analysis, written assessment answers, the report, the roadmap, the simulation, the portfolio and the final profile. To do this, the relevant text from your profile, resume and answers is sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, through its API. We send only what is needed for the feature you are using.
Your resume and answers are treated as content to analyse, never as instructions to the system. AI output is checked against strict formats before it is saved, and scores are backed by evidence from your own material. AI-generated results are guidance and can contain errors. Please review OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy for how it handles API data.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run TPM Nexus, and only for that purpose:
- OpenAI, for the AI evaluations described above.
- Razorpay, to process payments.
- Google Analytics, for anonymous website usage statistics on public pages.
- Our hosting and email providers, to run the website and send emails.
We may also disclose information where required by law or legal process.
Cookies
- Essential: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a security (CSRF) cookie that protects your forms. The service does not work without them.
- Region cookie: a small cookie holding your browser time zone so we can show prices in the right currency (rupees in India, US dollars elsewhere).
- Anonymous visitor cookie: a random identifier stored for up to one year so we can count visits and measure the sign-up funnel. It does not identify you.
- Analytics: on our public pages we use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, device and approximate location to help us understand how the site is used. We do not use it for advertising and do not send it your profile, resume or answers.
- We do not use advertising cookies. When you pay, Razorpay's checkout may set its own cookies under its own policy.
Storage and security
- Resumes are stored privately on the server, are not publicly accessible, and are available only to you and to authorised administrators; administrator access to personal data is recorded in an audit log.
- Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access is protected by authentication, ownership checks and rate limiting.
- No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep data
We keep your account data, results and files while your account exists. You can delete a resume at any time from the Resume page. Payment and refund records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. To delete your account and personal data, contact us and we will process the request, subject to those obligations.
Your rights and choices
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data (you can edit your profile at any time).
- Request deletion of your data where the law permits.
- Withdraw consent for optional communications.

Eligibility
TPM Nexus is intended for working professionals aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
