Digital products cannot be returned
The AI PM Quick Check, AI PM Transition Report and AI PM Transition are delivered electronically and are used as soon as they are unlocked. Once you have generated your report, roadmap or evaluations, they cannot be returned or re-issued as new.

- Your assessment, capability scores and gap analysis.
- Your resume analysis, detailed report and 30/60/90-day roadmap.
- Your simulation and portfolio evaluations and your final AI PM Transition Profile.
- Marketplace toolkits and other downloadable resources, where offered.
Exceptional circumstances
Please contact us right away if you experience any of these:
- A duplicate payment.
- An incorrect amount charged.
- Payment completed but access not granted.
- A technical problem that stops you using something you paid for.
- Another verified billing problem.
Each request is reviewed individually. Where appropriate we will fix the problem or refund you as described in the Cancellation & Refund policy.
