The service
TPM Nexus is an AI career-transition and capability-assessment platform for experienced professionals. It provides an assessment, gap analysis, a personalised roadmap, a simulation, a portfolio project and a Transition Profile. It is not a course, a certification, a recruitment service or professional career, legal or financial advice.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must give accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account is for one person. Sharing access is not permitted.
Products and payment
- AI PM Quick Check: free.
- AI PM Transition Report: ₹999, one-time payment.
- AI PM Transition: ₹4,999, one-time payment. It includes everything in the Report. If you already hold the Report, the AI PM Transition is still charged at its full listed price.
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) for visitors in India and in US dollars (USD) elsewhere, exactly as displayed at checkout. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Access is unlocked only after your payment has been verified on our server.

AI-generated results
- Scores, reports, roadmaps and evaluations are produced from the information you provide, using defined scoring methods and AI-assisted evaluation. They are indicative guidance, not a professional certification.
- AI can make mistakes. Please use your own judgement and verify anything important.
- Results depend on the quality and honesty of what you provide. We do not verify your resume against outside sources.
No guarantee of outcomes
TPM Nexus does not guarantee jobs, interviews, promotions, salary outcomes or any particular career result. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, experience and factors outside our control.
Your content
You keep ownership of the resume, answers and portfolio you submit. You give TPM Nexus permission to store and process them, and to send the relevant text to our AI provider, solely to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to submit what you upload and that it does not contain other people's confidential or personal information.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other users' data, break or bypass security controls, or interfere with the service.
- Do not submit malicious files or content, or content designed to manipulate the AI evaluation or extract system instructions.
- Do not scrape, copy, resell or redistribute the assessment questions, scenarios, evaluation methods, reports or other content.
- Do not use the service unlawfully or to harass others.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Our intellectual property
The platform, assessment content, scenarios, frameworks, scoring methods, prompts, design and branding belong to TPM Nexus. You may use your own results and reports for your personal and professional development, including sharing them in your job search. You may not otherwise copy or commercialise our content.
Availability and third parties
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features that rely on third parties (AI evaluation, payments, email) may occasionally be unavailable; when that happens you will be asked to try again and your saved answers are kept.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TPM Nexus is provided on an "as is" basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on your results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, and continued use means you accept it. You may stop using the service at any time and can ask us to delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
